Elmar Lubbe is a seasoned professional in the sales and consulting sectors, currently serving as the Head of Sales for Gauteng North and Mpumalanga at Preference Capital since October 2023. Prior to this role, Elmar spent two decades as a Consultant at Investec from January 2003 to October 2023. Elmar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the University of Pretoria, acquired between 1987 and 1990.
