Thomas Dolff is an accomplished professional in the field of process control and engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Process Control at Preem AB since May 2016. At Preem AB, Thomas oversees advanced process control, blending optimization, and operator training simulators at the Lysekil oil refinery. Thomas's previous roles include Production Planning Engineer and Advanced Process Control Engineer at the same refinery, as well as Instrument & Automation Engineer for REINERTSEN, where responsibilities included modification and maintenance projects for offshore installations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Systems, Control, and Mechatronics, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with Engineering Physics, both from Chalmers University of Technology, along with military training in Military Police from the Swedish Armed Forces.
