Helena Morberg has extensive experience in back office support and performance management, currently working at Preem AB since October 2017. Previously, Helena held the position of Performance Manager at Ericsson from 2011 to 2017, where responsibilities included managing multiple Key Performance Indicators, presenting results through clear graphs, optimizing Excel processes due to resource shortages, and facilitating inter-employee networks to deliver key metrics. Helena also conducted analyses to propose new measurements and participated in project oversight regarding reporting to project managers. Education includes a two-year economic degree from Tessin skolan in Nyköping, and attendance at Tullinge skolan in Örebro.
