Ahmed AlKaisee has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Ahmed started their career as a Project Design Engineer at AFRY in 2019 and worked there until 2022. During their time at AFRY, they also served as a Coach from 2021 to 2022.

In 2020, Ahmed worked as a Piping and Plant Design Engineer at both SCANDINAVIAN TANK STORAGE AB and AkzoNobel. At SCANDINAVIAN TANK STORAGE AB, they also served as a Lead Engineer.

In 2021, Ahmed joined Northvolt as a Project Engineer and later moved to Sweco in 2022, where they worked as a Lead Piping Engineer & Technical Project Manager. Ahmed also held a position as a Vice Chairman at SACO AFRY.

In 2023, Ahmed worked as an Area Lead at Östersunds kommun before joining Preem AB as a Project Engineer, where they are responsible for planning, cost calculations, technical calculations, investigations, and design work related to the installation of new plant parts or replacement with new equipment within the Technology area MEK.

Ahmed also had experience as an Inspection Engineer at Nordic Sugar and as a Project Engineer at Inter Terminals Limited.

Ahmed AlKaisee completed their Engineer's degree in Process Engineering/Plant Designer from Teknikhögskolan from 2014 to 2016. Before that, they attended a Gifted high school program where they obtained their High School degree in Natural Sciences from 2000 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Ahmed has obtained various certifications in different fields.
