Hieu Ho has over 20 years of work experience in the software engineering industry. In 1998, they began their career as a Programmer Analyst at Netscape. In 2000, they transitioned to iPlanet as a Programmer Analyst/Software Developer. In 2003, they worked as a Software Developer Contractor at Sun Microsystems. After that, they joined Liquid Engines as a Software Engineer in 2004. In 2006, they became a Principal Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer at iLoop Mobile. In 2012, they were a Senior/Lead Software Engineer at Theranos. Finally, in 2013, they were appointed as Vice President of Engineering and Director of Engineering at Predii.

Hieu Ho received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Santa Clara University in 1998, followed by a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering from the same institution in 2004.
