Danijel Pančić is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in both leadership and technical roles. Currently, Danijel serves as a Full-stack Developer at PredictLeads since October 2021, while also co-founding and managing tech and development at Unuaondo, a digital studio and consultancy, since February 2018. Prior to these roles, Danijel worked as a Senior Software Engineer on freelance projects, including a custodian crypto wallet and talent management database software, following a tenure as Head of Development at Bitstamp from March 2015 to August 2017. Danijel began the career as a Backend Developer at Parsek d.o.o. and progressed to a Front-end Engineer and team lead at Zemanta, contributing significantly to product development and team growth throughout the professional journey.
