Thachalin Yip has a diverse work experience starting in 2019. They began their career at YSIS Asia Co., Ltd and Harvey Law Group (HLG) as a Business Development professional. In 2019, they joined aCommerce as a Project Administrator, where they provided administration support functions and carried out data retrieval, analysis, and file management tasks. They then progressed to the role of Project Lead at aCommerce, where they led projects during the design, requirements, and development phases. They later became a Junior Project Manager at aCommerce, managing relationships with stakeholders and gathering project requirements to create and execute project plans.

In 2022, Thachalin Yip transitioned to Predictive as a Senior Project Manager. In this role, they owned and managed the project portfolio, maintained relationships with stakeholders and internal teams, and provided overall strategic and technical solutions. In 2023, they took on the position of PMO Assistant Manager at Predictive, where they managed and guided Project Managers, ensuring successful project delivery and addressing project-related challenges.

Throughout their career, Thachalin Yip has demonstrated their expertise in project management, stakeholder relationship management, and providing end-to-end solutions.

Thachalin Yip attended Mahidol University from 2015 to 2019, where they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in International Business.
