Lada Samarska has three years of work experience. Lada began their career in 2020 as an Export Promotion Intern at Chemonics International. In 2021, they took on two roles: Export Manager at CASSONE and Community Manager at Precoro. Lada also worked as a Customer Development Manager at Precoro, where they conducted analysis of corporate clients' processes to identify areas for automation, helped clients reduce manual data entry by 80%, created processes that allowed clients to speed up the approval process by 2.5 times, and tailored the solution to the clients' needs to ensure 85% fewer errors with automated AP data entry. Lada ended their time at Precoro as a Business Process Engineer.

Lada Samarska has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from RÄ«gas Ekonomikas augstskola - Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. Lada has also obtained three certifications from LinkedIn in November 2022: Digital Marketing Foundations, Marketing Foundations, and Social Selling Foundations.
