Madhu Babu is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles in multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Accounting Accumen and the Vice President of Operations at VDO Intel since January 2021, Madhu has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy and operations. Previous roles include Chief Human Resources at Precistat IT Solutions Pvt Ltd and Co-Founder/HR & Strategy Consultant at Dscover.i, where a program was launched to help individuals identify their career paths. Madhu has also held significant positions such as HR Business Partner at GATI-KWE and various managerial roles at Gati Limited, Maytasinfra, and ETV Network. Education includes a Master of Business Administration from Andhra University.
