Carlos Delucca is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Precision Value & Health since January 2020, Carlos also holds the position of Co President and EVP, Managing Partner at Precision for Value since November 2013. Carlos has a strong background in managed markets, having worked as EVP, Managing Director at The Hobart Group and in various roles at UCB, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing strategic accounts and managed care. Carlos holds a BS in International Business & Marketing from the University of South Alabama, with additional education from The Wharton School and the University of California, San Diego - Rady School of Management.
