Brian Otis is an accomplished technology executive and academic with extensive experience in the fields of neuroscience and engineering. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Precision Neuroscience and holding board positions at Forest Neurotech and BLINK ENERGY, Brian Otis also advises Verily Life Sciences, where Brian Otis co-founded and served as Chief Technology Officer. Previous roles include Director of Google X and Associate Professor at the University of Washington, where Brian Otis founded a research lab focused on wireless chip design. Brian Otis holds a Ph.D. and a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from U.C. Berkeley, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.
