Trey Miller has extensive experience in the corporate world. Trey began their career in 2010 as an Assistant Director of Corporate Development for Select Energy Services. In this role, they held prominent or leadership roles in 18 acquisitions across the United States and Canada valued at ~$250M over an 24-month period. Trey also identified and vetted >200 acquisition targets, performed financial modeling, organized and led due diligence teams, wrote investment memoranda for the Board of Directors and led operational, accounting, HR and administrative integration of acquired companies. Additionally, they increased profitability by >20% in a troubled service line as part of a two person team.

In 2015, Miller joined FireRock Building Materials as a Director of the Board of Directors. Trey also joined New Capital Partners in the same year, holding the roles of Principal, Vice President, Manager of Transactions and Operations and Associate. In 2017, they joined Care Services, LLC and Volly as a Director of the Board of Directors. In 2018, they joined Collect Rx in the same role. In 2019, they joined ACES Quality Management in the same role.

Currently, Miller holds Director of the Board of Directors roles at Healthfuse, Precision Business Solutions, Inc. and TeleHealth Solution\u2122.

Trey Miller earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2015, with a focus in Corporate Finance. Prior to that, they earned a degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia in 2010, with a focus in Russia and Eastern Europe.
