Jody Thomas is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Precision AQ since January 2022. Prior to this role, Jody held the position of Human Resources Director at Revolution Digital from April 2019 to January 2021, and was associated with Publicis as Associate Director and Human Resources Manager from December 2014 to April 2019. Jody also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Attention/kbs+ from September 2012 to December 2014 and began a career in talent management as a Talent Coordinator at BBH New York from January 2011 to September 2012. Jody's foundation in education includes experience as a Special Education Teacher for both the Bernards Township Board of Education and Franklin Lakes Board of Education. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Counseling from Montclair State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, and Elementary Education from Marist College.
