Joseph Milano is an experienced technical recruiter currently working at Precision Systems since June 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a teaching aide at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, where responsibilities involved overseeing assignments for human resources management courses and engaging with students. Joseph also interned in human resources at Chelten House Products, Inc., where recruitment strategies led to the hiring of over 80 employees during a hiring surge.
