Mark Herrmann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in scientific research and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Precision System Science USA, Inc. since June 2015, Mark also holds the position of President at Herrmann LLC, a company founded to promote alternative formatted microwell plates. Previously, Mark worked as a Research Scientist and Engineer at Phenomenex, focusing on the design and evaluation of SPE consumables, and held a Research Scientist role at ARUP Laboratories. Early career achievements include engineering roles at Nanosphere and the University of Utah, where Mark designed prototypes for key instruments, including the LightCycler and tools for real-time PCR assays. Mark Herrmann earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Utah.
