Jose Alejandro Morales Flores has extensive experience in technical leadership and engineering management, currently serving as the Regional Technical Leader at Precision Strip, Inc. since October 2021. Previously, Jose held multiple roles at Mubea, including Tech Center Manager NA and Assistant Plant Manager, where responsibilities spanned engineering operations in coil and form processing, as well as overseeing maintenance management. Additional experience includes positions as a Test Engineer at Magna Powertrain and an Electronic Specialist at Nemak, where Jose Alejandro supported maintenance and improved operational efficiencies. Jose holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Universidad La Salle, A.C. and an MBA from Thomas More University.
