Craig Erickson has over 25 years of experience in various leadership and management roles. Craig is currently the Vice President of Operations at Precision Roll Solutions. Prior to that, they worked as a Plant Manager at Johnson Controls - Standard Products, where they were responsible for daily operations management, budget leadership, and strategic planning. Craig also served as the Director of Process Improvement at Green Bay Packaging Coated Products, leading improvement initiatives and driving cost reduction efforts. Earlier in their career, Craig held the role of Resource Center Manager at The Foth Companies and Production Manager at Green Bay Packaging Cincinnati Division. Craig started their career as a Plant Engineer at Green Bay Packaging Shipping Container Division and worked as a Senior Field Service Engineer at MarquipWardUnited.

Craig Erickson studied at the Milwaukee School of Engineering from 1989 to 1993, where they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology specializing in Energy and Design. Later, from 2005 to 2007, they attended the University of Phoenix and obtained an MBA focusing on Accounting and Finance.
