Tina Durocher-Murphy currently serves as Chief People Officer at Precision Medicine Group, where leadership focuses on the people strategy in transforming drug market processes. Previously, Durocher-Murphy held the same title at Millennium Physician Group, guiding the development of the people strategy to align with the business plan. Experience includes serving as SVP and Head of Human Resources at PRA Health Sciences, overseeing HR for a large global workforce, and as Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at IQVIA, leading HR for major organizational segments. Additional roles at Quintiles and Abbott encompassed various HR leadership positions across multiple regions. Durocher-Murphy holds a MS in I/O Psychology from Springfield College and a B.S. in I/O Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
