Todd Romanoski has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing industry. Todd served as the President at United Gear & Assembly from December 2013 to the present, and also held the position of President at Precision Gears, Inc. from April 2019 to the present. Prior to that, they were the Business Unit Manager at Federal-Mogul from March 2008 to December 2013. Todd started their career at Ford Motor Company in July 1991 and worked as a Manufacturing Operations Manager until April 2007.

Todd Romanoski earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the University of Wisconsin-Superior.
