Mike Fowler is an experienced automotive service professional with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as a Nissan SERV Facilitator/Coach/Trainer at Precision Dynamics International since April 2022. In this role, Mike partners with service managers and advisors at Nissan dealers across several states to enhance trackable KPI areas. Prior to this, Mike has held various consulting and managerial positions, including Trainer/Consultant at Service Solutions Today, where extensive training occurred in dealerships throughout the U.S. and Canada. Mike's background also includes roles as Mobile Recall Director for Superior Automotive Group and Express Service Consultant at MSX International, among others, showcasing a strong focus on improving service operations and customer interactions in the automotive sector.
