Jon Sison possesses a solid background in engineering and project management, currently serving as a Project Engineer at Precision Custom Components, LLC since July 2023. Previous experience includes a role as Assistant Resident Director at Messiah University from August 2022 to May 2023 and as a Research and Development Intern at Alcon, where Jon directed discussions with site engineers, implemented feedback for surgical device design, established 3D-printing facilities, and oversaw design validation processes. Additionally, Jon held the position of Resident Assistant at Messiah University from August 2020 to May 2022. Jon earned a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Messiah University in 2023.
