Michelle Abbott, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in benefits administration and compensation management. Currently serving as Associate Director of Benefits at Precision BioSciences, Inc. since October 2020, Michelle has held various roles including Benefits Manager and Senior Benefits Analyst. Prior experience includes over eight years at Research Square as Compensation and Benefits Manager and several roles at Sicel Technologies, where responsibilities spanned HR administration and financial reimbursement. Michelle holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Health Care Management and Psychology from Towson University.
