Chief Transformation Officer at Precision Aviation Group

KT MacIntosh has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. They began their career at Arthur Andersen as a Sr. Accountant and then moved on to become the Assistant Controller at ParexLahabra, Inc. where they improved processes in various accounting areas.

After that, they joined Industrial Distribution Group as the Vice President of Finance where they were responsible for financial reporting, planning, and analysis, as well as investor relations communications. They successfully integrated 27 acquisitions and executed large financing transactions.

In 2008, KT MacIntosh joined HD Supply as the CFO of Creative Touch Interiors. They played a vital role in turning around the company, achieving significant improvements in EBITDA and working capital despite a decline in sales.

Following this, they became the CFO of The OneCare Company and later transitioned to Global Power Equipment Group / Williams Industrial Services Group as the CFO of Global Power Nuclear Services. In this role, they oversaw finance, accounting, and shared services for four divisions and played a key role in strategic planning, acquisition integration, and process improvement initiatives.

Currently, KT MacIntosh serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Precision Aviation Group.

KT MacIntosh attended Woodward Academy from 1986 to 1989. Furthermore, from 1989 to 1993, they pursued a degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Accounting and French at Rhodes College. Finally, from 1997 to 2000, MacIntosh completed their Masters of Business Administration in Finance at Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
