Gary Warner has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Gary began their career at BAE Systems, where they held various positions including Sponsored Undergraduate, Systems Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Business Manager. In 2003, they joined Precision Aircraft Solutions, LLC as Vice President of Corporate Development and later became President. In 2017, they transitioned to 321 Precision Conversions, LLC, where they currently serve as President.

Gary Warner attended the University of Leicester from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a BSc degree in Physics.
