David Heath has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. From 1988 to 2012, they worked at Evergreen International Airlines, Inc. in various roles, including Director of Engineering and Systems Engineer. In 2012, they became the Vice President of Engineering at Evergreen International Airlines, Inc. David then joined Precision Aircraft Solutions in 2014 as a Project Engineer and later became the Manager of Engineering, Aviation Services. In 2015, they transitioned to Horizon Air as the Director Fleet Engineering and eventually became the Managing Director of Engineering. Currently, since December 2020, they are working as the Director of Engineering at Precision Aircraft Solutions.

David Heath attended the University of Portland from 1984 to 1988 and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
