Allen Zhu is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive in the film and telecommunications industries, currently serving as the Founder of MoreJoy Entertainment since June 2016, specializing in film and TV production as well as digital distribution. Prior to this, Allen co-founded 鼎晖文化产业基金 and held key leadership roles at Heyi Pictures Inc., Youku Tudou Inc. (as Senior Vice President of Movies & Corporate Development), and Youku.com (as Vice President). In earlier positions, Allen managed operations at Greatwall Broadband Telecom Services Co. Ltd, overseeing significant relationships with telecom carriers and delivering substantial revenue growth. Allen holds a Master's degree in Advanced Business Management from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Tianjin University of Technology and Education.
