Rubin Chervak has a diverse work experience in the HVAC industry. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at Alley Heating and Cooling Inc. as an HVAC Apprentice, where they focused on design, build, and commission. In 2013, they moved to Idaho Heating and Air Conditioning LLC. and continued working as an HVAC Apprentice with similar responsibilities. In 2014, Rubin became a Founding Member of Air Comfort Zone and in 2016, they joined Alpha Kappa Psi where they served as Chapter Secretary and later as Chapter President. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Founding Member of Prebuild.

Rubin Chervak's education history is as follows:

Rubin attended Harvard Business School from 2018 to 2019, where they obtained a HBS CORE Business Certificate.

Prior to that, from 2015 to 2019, they attended Boise State University and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree. During their time at Boise State University, they also completed the HBS CORE Business Certificate.

Before attending Boise State University, Rubin Chervak attended North Idaho College from 2013 to 2015. Rubin received an Associate of Applied Science (AASc) degree with a field of study in HVAC Technology Emphasis.

Additionally, Rubin Chervak attended College of Western Idaho from 2009 to 2013. Rubin completed an HVAC Trade School program with a focus on Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration Technology (HVACR).

In terms of additional certifications, Rubin Chervak obtained the LeaderShape Institute Alumn certification from LeaderShape, Inc. in May 2018. Rubin also obtained the Managing Your Career certification from LinkedIn in November 2017.
