Lillian McFarlin is an experienced education professional currently serving as a Professional Learning Specialist at Pre-K 4 SA since October 2017, where responsibilities include coordinating data collection and providing professional development for early childhood educators. Previously, Lillian was the Assistant Director at the Child Development Laboratory at Michigan State University, overseeing operations and teaching early childhood courses. Additional experience includes roles as a Bilingual Instructor, Graduate Researcher, and Teacher, spanning over two decades in the field. Lillian holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Early Childhood Science Education from The University of Texas at Austin, alongside a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
