Chuan Teng has a strong background in legal services, serving as a Staff Attorney at Bay Area Legal Aid and PRC. Chuan is currently the Chief Executive Officer at PRC, where Chuan also holds other executive titles. Chuan Teng has a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and has worked on health access issues for the HIV community in San Francisco.
