Debra Chow-Woon, B.Sc., PMP has a diverse work experience in the field of clinical project management. Debra is currently working as a Consultant Clinical Project Director at PRC Clinical since March 2022. Previously, they worked at Stiris Research Inc. as a Consultant Project Manager from March 2015 to October 2022. In this role, they were responsible for managing clinical trial projects and programs, developing strong teams, tracking study metrics and timelines, managing budgets, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.

Prior to that, Debra worked at Roche where they held multiple roles. From April 2012 to December 2014, they served as a Regional Research Liaison, collaborating with therapeutic area leads, maintaining customer relationships, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and lower costs. As a Senior Clinical Trial Monitor from April 2003 to April 2012, Debra managed clinical site management and study conduct for Phase 1 to 3b trials, while also building and maintaining customer relationships. Debra also served as a Central Coordinator from October 1996 to April 2003, providing oversight for clinical operations activities in various therapeutic areas.

Debra's early career included a role as a Project Lead, Clinical Research Associate at Sanofi Winthrop from January 1992 to October 1996. In this position, they led and monitored Phase III trials, ensuring their efficient and timely conduct.

Debra Chow-Woon, B.Sc., PMP, graduated from the University of Toronto - Innis College with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in 1991. Debra'smajor was in Toxicology, with a minor in Human Physiology.

In addition to their degree, Debra has obtained two additional certifications. In 1994, they obtained the CCPE (Council for Continuing Pharmaceutical Education) certification. Then, in May 2015, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
