Gus Malarcher has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Gus currently holds the position of Information Technology Program Manager at Praxis Engineering since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Enterprise Level Scrum Master at Praxis Engineering from February 2021 to July 2021.

Before joining Praxis Engineering, Gus worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a System Integrator from December 2019 to February 2021.

From August 2018 to December 2019, they were employed by Leidos as a Senior Intelligence Analyst and Research Targeting Analyst. In this role, they provided advisory support to a government client for a high-profile intelligence collection program focused on the Middle East and South Asia.

Gus also gained experience at CSRA Inc as a Product Owner and Scrum Master from March 2015 to July 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Leidos as a Deputy Team Lead and Mission Manager from June 2014 to March 2015, and as a Mission Manager from January 2013 to June 2014.

From October 2009 to January 2013, Gus served as a Team Lead and Liaison at SAIC. Gus'searly career includes serving in the US Army as a Special Forces Communications/Intelligence/Operations Sergeant from January 2002 to December 2009.

Gus Malarcher completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Organizational Leadership at Norwich University from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in strategic studies and defense analysis from Norwich University from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Gus also holds the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification obtained from Csgov in August 2017.
