Onur Akkavak is currently employed at Pratt & Whitney since August 2018 as a Non-Product Purchasing Team Leader and Buyer. Previously, Onur worked at Sütaş Grubu as an Indirect Procurement Specialist from September 2016 to December 2017, and at Ayedaş as a Purchasing Officer from March 2015 to September 2016. Onur's education background includes a Master of Business Administration from Istanbul Bilgi University, a degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University, and a degree in Biology from Istanbul University. Throughout their roles, Onur has been responsible for procurement of indirect materials/services, contract management, supplier relationship development, cost reduction strategies, and preparing purchasing reports for management.
