Matthew Menke has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Matthew started their career at General Dynamics as a Senior Engineer, where they supported U.S. Navy programs and conducted ship turbomachinery acoustic testing. Matthew then joined Belcan TechServices as a Systems Engineer before moving to GE Aviation, where they served as an Engineer, Lead Engineer, and Program Leader in the field of engine operability. After that, they worked at Rolls-Royce as an Integrated Product Team Leader (IPTL) for Structures in the Civil Aerospace division. Their most recent positions include roles at Chemring Energetic Devices, where they served as a Senior Mechanical Project Engineer, Program Manager in Research and Development, and Manager of Proposals and Pricing. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Engineer and Design and Systems Integration Team Lead at Pratt & Whitney.
Matthew Menke attended the University of Evansville from 1990 to 1994 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, in Mechanical Engineering. Matthew then pursued further education, attending the University of Cincinnati from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering & Acoustics.
