Aubrey Winiarski is a Metallurgical Test Engineer at Pratt & Whitney, currently involved in the Core Materials Control Laboratory since January 2021. Winiarski has a robust background in quality engineering, having completed multiple rotations, including roles such as F135 Assembly Quality Engineer, where responsibilities included supporting the assembly of the F135 military engine and managing shipping documentation. With experience as a Quality Engineering Development Program Associate and Advanced Coatings Quality Engineer, Winiarski has developed proficiency in metallographic processes and compliance testing. Previous roles include positions at Ag-Grid Energy LLC and internships in various engineering and quality roles, demonstrating a commitment to hands-on learning and professional development. Winiarski holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Haven and is pursuing advanced degrees, including an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MS in Materials Science and Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
