Craig Ritchie is an experienced software engineer currently serving as Software Engineer III at Pratt Miller since August 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a lead developer and contract developer at the Center for Creative Leadership from June 2014 to July 2020, where Ritchie contributed to the development of the Assessment Portal application, processing over 14 million survey responses. Ritchie also worked as a Software Architect at Ecolab from October 2011 to June 2014, leading the development of the Survey Management Tool. Additional experience encompasses contract development at Volvo IT, system architecture at the Family Infant and Preschool Program, and various contract positions across organizations such as Microsoft, Syngenta Corporation, Wachovia, and Champion. Ritchie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, obtained between 1990 and 1993.
