Lucas Silveira is a skilled professional in engineering and project management with extensive experience in the refrigeration and mechanical engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Coordenador de Engenharia de Refrigeração at ±Ê°ùá³Ù¾±³¦²¹ Klimaquip since September 2017, Lucas focuses on project development and implementation, technical reporting, and performance indicator monitoring. Previous roles include Analista de Projetos and Projetista em Refrigeração at ±Ê°ùá³Ù¾±³¦²¹ Klimaquip, and experiences at Biotron Equipamentos Médicos e Odontológicos as a Projetista de CAD, where skills in 3D modeling and product development were honed. Additionally, as Líder da área de mecânica at the Equipe de Robótica TROIA, Lucas led mechanical development for robotic competitions. Lucas holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Universidade Federal de Lavras.
