Vani Shree has a diverse range of work experience. Vani started at REC Limited as a Corporate Communications & Public Relations Intern, where they developed CSR reports and media releases. Vani then moved on to work as a Moderator for the Student Think Tank for India, where they designed session plans and represented the organization at a national summit. Vani Shree then gained research experience as a Research Intern at the Centre for Equity Studies, where they provided research assistance and coordinated data for various projects. Vani also worked as an Intern for Oxfam India, conducting extensive research and co-authoring a discussion paper. Currently, Vani Shree is working at the Pratham Education Foundation, where they have held multiple roles related to research and analytics. Overall, Vani Shree has developed strong skills in research, communication, and project coordination throughout their work experiences.

Vani Shree completed their Master of Arts degree in Labour Studies and Social Protection from Tata Institute of Social Sciences from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Gargi College from 2015 to 2018. Vani Shree attended Delhi Public School in Faridabad from 2013 to 2015, and they also studied at Ramjas School in India until 2015.
