Mousumi Chanda has significant work experience in various HR and operations roles. Mousumi began their career as an HR Executive at Keps Consultancy Services Private Limited in August 2017 and stayed until June 2018. Following that, they joined Prasarnet as an HR Operations Manager in July 2018. In August 2023, they were promoted to the role of VP - HR & Operations, where they currently hold the position. Additionally, they worked as a Lecturer at Kingston Educational Institute from September 2013 to March 2017.

Mousumi Chanda has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the IIBM Institute of Business Management. Mousumi also holds a Master's degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from the University of Calcutta.
