Raad Sarwar has a work experience as an Independent Director - Finance at Prantik Group since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Winter Intern at Rahman Rahman Huq (KPMG Bangladesh) in 2021. In 2019, they were a Summer Analyst at PSPL, and in 2018, they worked as a Business Development Intern at Prantik Group.

Raad Sarwar attended Chittagong Grammar School from 2002 to 2017, where they completed their Cambridge GCE O Levels and A Levels. Raad then went on to attend UCLA from 2017 to 2021, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics. In terms of additional certifications, Raad Sarwar obtained the Oxford Fintech Programme certification from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2020, and is currently pursuing the McGill Personal Finance Essentials certification from McGill University, expected to be obtained in 2023.
