Dipesh Desai is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the insurance and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President & Head of Growth Markets, Defence & Channel Strategy at HDFC Life since September 2019, and as Vice President & Head of Agency, Pioneer channel & Women's channel at DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance since June 2016, Dipesh has demonstrated strong leadership in agency distribution and strategic growth initiatives. Previous roles include National Sales Head at Amsure Insurance, where oversight of P&L for multiple insurance verticals was a key responsibility, and Associate Vice President & Region Head at Tata AIG Life Insurance, focusing on scaling distribution networks across North India.
