Nikita Sharan has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they worked as a Contract Analyst at Pramata. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2021, they served as a Junior Advocate at Advocate Satish Murthi's firm. In 2018, they interned at the High Court of Chhattisgarh, where they attended court proceedings, researched corruption cases, and drafted writ petitions. In 2017, they interned at RELIANCE DEFENCE LIMITED.

Nikita Sharan completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Jaipur National University from 2013 to 2018. Following this, they pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) degree with a specialization in Business Law at Jaipur National University from 2018 to 2019.
