Mounika Uppaladadium has a diverse work experience in legal roles. Mounika began their career as a Legal Intern at Tata Projects in December 2015, followed by internships at various organizations such as Anantapuram district court, Tempus Law Associates, ATC INDIA TOWER CORPORATION PRIVATE LIMITED, Ovopax Legal, and Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd. In 2020, they joined Pramata as a Contract Analyst and later held positions as a Quality Analyst and a DaaS Architect. Currently, Mounika serves as a Customer Delivery Manager at Pramata.

Mounika Uppaladadium completed their educational journey from 2015 to 2020 at Alliance University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration in Law with Honors (BBA LLB (Hons.)). Mounika'sfield of study mainly revolved around business laws and finance.
