Anna Juusela is the CEO and Founder of We Encourage, a company established in 2019 that specializes in AinoAidâ„¢, a conversational chatbot designed to assist individuals facing relationship challenges and those seeking information about domestic violence. In addition to this role, Anna has been an entrepreneur at Yanca Oy Ltd since 2011, balancing motherhood with a career in entrepreneurship, which has enhanced skills in time management and efficiency. Anna has served as a Special Education Lecturer since 2014 at various institutions, including AJK-Jatkokoulutus, Intoo, and Prakticum, focusing on visual merchandising and its effectiveness in both physical and e-commerce environments. Previous roles include a team member at European Digital Society and chairwoman of Visualistit Ry, where Anna advanced the visual merchandising field. Anna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, along with additional degrees in Retail Leadership and Fashion/Apparel Design.
