Leena Dhillon has a varied work experience in the field of project management and software development. Leena started their career in 2008 as a Sr. Software Developer at Logiciel Solutions in Ahmedabad. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Indusa as a Project Lead. Following that, they joined Synoptek as a Project Lead from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they assumed the role of a Project leader at Vagaro Technologies (India). Currently, they are working as a Technical Project Manager at Prakash Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd since 2023.

Leena Dhillon pursued their education in computer-related fields. Leena completed their Bachelor of Computer Application from St. Xavier's College, Ahmedabad between 2002 and 2005. Following this, they obtained a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree specializing in Computer Software Engineering from the Shri Jairambhai Patel Institute of Business Management & Computer Applications (SJPI)(SFI), Gandhinagar between 2005 and 2008.
