Rohit Sankpal worked at Praj Industries as a Senior Engineer from June 2021 to the present. Prior to that, they served as a Process Engineer at Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd. starting in August 2019. Before joining Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd., they worked as a Production Engineer at NOCIL Ltd. from July 2018 to July 2019.

Rohit Sankpal completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering at TKIET (Autonomous), WARANANAGAR from 2012 to 2017. Rohit also attended Maharashtra High school during the same period, where they pursued Chemical Engineering under TKIET Warananagar.
