Nilesh Mate has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Nilesh is currently working as an Associate Manager Piping Engineering at Praj Industries since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Design Application Engineer at Swagelok Bombay from October 2018 to October 2022. In this role, they assessed custom solutions requirements, proposed fluid system components to customers, and prepared technical documents and drawings.

From 2012 to 2018, Nilesh worked at Tooltech Global Engineering Pvt. Ltd. as a CAD Engineer. Here, they understood customer requirements, produced final drawings, performed quality checks, and had an onsite assignment in Copenhagen, Denmark. Nilesh also worked as a CAD Design Engineer at Da Vinci Design Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in 2011, where they worked on an Oracle R12 project for Forbes Marshall Pvt. Ltd.

Nilesh's earliest work experience was as a CAD Engineer at ESBEE POWER SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED from October 2010 to August 2011. Here, they converted old handmade drawings into AutoCAD drawings, modified general arrangement drawings, and assisted with onsite visits.
