J.R. Baird is an experienced professional currently serving as the Branch Manager at Prairie State Bank & Trust since March 2019 and the Patron Relations Manager at Millikin University since July 2016. Prior to these roles, J.R. was the Shelter Manager at the Humane Society of Decatur & Macon County from 2014 to July 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, managing medical care for animals, and enhancing community engagement through volunteer recruitment and marketing initiatives. J.R. holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Millikin University and an Associate’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Richland Community College.
