Auston Butt has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Auston is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Prairie Field Services, a position they have held since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Rain For Rent from 2015 to 2020, where they served as both a Branch Manager from October 2017 to September 2020 and an Operations Manager from December 2015 to October 2017. Before their time at Rain For Rent, Auston was a Warehouse Supervisor at SUPERVALU from May 2012 to December 2015. Their career began at Cabela's, where they worked as a Marketing Manager from May 2011 to May 2012.

Auston Butt obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurial Studies from Black Hills State University, which they attended from 2007 to 2011.
