Jen G. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Jen began their career in 1998 as a Fundraising Assistant at Woodland Healthcare Foundation. Jen later worked as a Customer Service Representative at Tillamook County Creamery Association and as an IT Customer Support Specialist at CoreLogic. In 2009, they were a Central Supply Clerk at Sutter Health. Jen then worked as a Fundraising Event Coordinator at C&S Patient Education Foundation from 2012 to 2015. Jen briefly served as a Program Aide at Aim Higher, Inc. in 2010. Jen also gained experience as a Merchandising Supervisor at Torrid in 2017. Jen joined Twin Rivers Unified School District in 2017 as a Special Needs Paraeducator II before transitioning to Primal Pet Foods in 2018, where they worked as a Receptionist/HR Assistant and later as a Customer Service Supervisor. At Primal Pet Group, Jen held multiple roles, including Senior Manager of Customer Experience and Director of Customer Experience and Order Management. Their responsibilities involved optimizing the customer experience and managing various initiatives.

Jen G. attended Dixon High School from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a diploma in General Studies. Later, from 2002 to 2003, they studied Business Administration and Management, General at Southwestern Oregon Community College. Jen then completed an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Medical Office Management/Administration from San Joaquin Valley College-Visalia between 2011 and 2013.
