Raj K has worked in various recruiting roles throughout their career. RAJ started in 2019 as a Senior IT Recruiter at Upshift1 Technologies Inc, where they worked until 2021. From 2021 to 2023, they served as a Bench Sales Recruiter at Ventois, Inc. In 2023, they moved on to work as a US IT Recruiter at TECHMAHAN.COM for a few months before joining Pragra as an Information Technology Recruiter.

RAJ K pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Psychology from Kakatiya University between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Jobs in Warangal, spanning from 2009 to 2011.
